Who you’re buying from

Bonafide Pets is a brand of Bonafide Group LLC, based in Seattle, Washington. These terms apply to purchases made on bonafidepets.shop.

Products

Our treats are made for dogs and are not for human consumption. Natural treats vary in size, shape, color and texture. Supervise treat time and provide fresh water, follow the storage instructions supplied with your product, and consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats if your dog has allergies or a health condition. Product details are listed on each product page; see our care & catalog notes.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. We collect Washington State sales tax where it applies, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (or, for digital portraits, your billing address). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you pay with a buy-now-pay-later or other third-party method, that provider’s own terms also apply. Your order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed; some payment methods take a few business days to confirm.

Monthly treat subscriptions

New subscriptions receive 10% off the selected treats and free shipping to the contiguous United States. Your first payment covers two monthly deliveries of your chosen treats and quantities, plus applicable tax. We prepare the first delivery after payment and the second about one calendar month later. There is no additional payment in month two. Beginning in month three, your saved payment method is charged monthly for one delivery until you cancel renewal. The amount due today and the recurring merchandise amount are shown before payment.

You can turn off future renewal through Manage subscription before the next charge. Your prepaid second delivery remains scheduled even if you turn off renewal. Our existing returns, refunds and cancellation protections still apply. Contact us before dispatch for changes to prepaid deliveries. These new terms do not change subscriptions already purchased under an earlier offer.

Custom pet portraits

By uploading photos you confirm that you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them only to create and deliver your portrait. Portraits are delivered as digital 300 DPI JPG or PNG files for your personal use, within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed; no physical print or frame is included.

Availability

Treats are made in small batches. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you and refund that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
