Where we ship

We ship treats to addresses in the contiguous United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping costs

Monthly treat subscriptions include free shipping to the contiguous U.S., with no minimum order. One-time treats follow the standard rates below, including when purchased alongside a subscription.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more ship free. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $10. The subtotal is counted before tax and shipping. You’ll see the shipping cost before you pay.

Carriers and timing

We ship with USPS or UPS. Orders usually leave us within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed; some payment methods, such as bank payments, can take a few business days to confirm, and nothing ships before then. When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. Carrier delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update it only before the order ships.

Missing, damaged or wrong items

If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your home and with neighbors and household members, and give it 2 days to turn up. If it’s still missing, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund. Damaged deliveries and wrong items are covered in our returns, refunds & cancellations policy.

Custom pet portraits

Portraits are digital artwork. We email you a private link to download your portrait as a 300 DPI JPG or PNG within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. The link works for 30 days, so please save the file when it arrives. Nothing is shipped and no shipping is charged for portraits.
