Bonafide Pets began with Kirsten’s love for Oreo and Cookie—a golden retriever and a little poodle, and two excellent reasons to keep the ingredient list short. What started at home grew into a Seattle small business built around one simple promise: one ingredient, nothing else.

Kirsten is an Army veteran who currently serves in the reserves. Between service and small-batch treat making, the dogs remain firmly in charge of quality-control enthusiasm.
